As always, we aim to make sure our shelves have something for everyone and this week is no exception with close to 35 books on this week’s shelf.

There is one thing you can always be sure of, if there is a Tiffany Reisz book releasing, Scandal will be reading and reviewing it.  If the dark eerie cover of The Lucky Ones doesn’t tip you off that it’s mysterious and suspenseful, well, nothing good ever seems to happen in old Gothic style houses.  Rough Ride by Kristen Ashley is the fifth book in the Chaos series.  Tack Allen and his motorcycle club are much loved around these parts and Scandal will also be sharing her thoughts on the latest Chaos member this week.

Shot on Gold by Jaci Burton, Brooklynaire by Sarina Bowen and More Than Love You by Shayla Black are the latest in sports romance.  Shot on Gold is the fourteenth book in the Play-by-Play series and just in time for the 2018 Olympics.  The story features a hockey player and a figure skater, both competing for the U.S. team. Brooklynaire is the latest addition to the Brooklyn Bruiser series, combining sports and office romance all in one and More Than Love You involves a retired quarterback and a no strings attached agreement with benefits with his house-sitter.

Spiders in the Grove by J.A. Redmerski is the next release In the Company of Killer series.  Based on the series description of “no shortage of action, drama, whiplash-inducing twists and controversial themes  I think this series might interest fans of dark suspense.

On His Knees by Laura Kaye is the fourth book in the Blasphemy series.  If you are looking for a little Dom/Sub, M/M action than grab your flogger and make your way to the very exclusive Blasphemy BDSM club.  Fans of paranormal shifter romance should take note of Eternal Mourning by Carrie Ann Ryan and Entangled Brazen’s latest release is Playing House by Amy Andrews

Are you looking for a good ugly cry?  The Smallest Part by Amy Harmon is guaranteed to break your heart. See those scissors on the cover?  Just stick them in my chest now.  Fortunately, after Harmon is done ripping out your heart, she usually manages to put all the pieces back together again.  Emma Scott is known for weaving her healing magic when it comes to damaged souls.  In Harmony has all the makings of heartbreaking emotional upheaval with a healthy dose of book hangover.
